Mugu. Nepal Telecom’s 4G service has officially come into operation at Bam village of Chhayanath Rara Municipality-14 in Mugu district. <\/p>\n
This service has started a new era for the residents of this area who have been deprived of communication facility for a long time. <\/p>\n
Earlier, the locals had to walk for about an hour uphill to make a simple call. Local Rajesh Badhuwal said that the installation of the 4G tower has ended the difficulties faced by the locals who have been facing difficulties in contacting their relatives, exchanging information and getting online services. <\/p>\n
With the operation of the <\/p>\n
tower, now Bam village will be directly connected to the world. With the availability of high-speed internet, it will be easier for local students to study online, to take public government and digital services, and to communicate in times of tourism, business and emergency. <\/p>\n
According to Nepal Telecom’s technician Prem Bahadur Rokaya, this service expansion has proved to be an important step for the people of remote settlements. The villagers have expressed their heartfelt thanks and high respect to Anil Baniya, Nepal Telecom’s technical team, people’s representatives and all the locals for their continuous initiative, coordination and support for this historic achievement.<\/p>\n

According to the locals, Bam village has moved from darkness and loneliness to direct contact with the world after reaching the communication service.<\/p>\n
