. NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 is kicking off at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu on Tuesday. According to the organizers, 55 automobile brands will be taking part in the six-day expo and 44 new models will be launched. <\/p>\n
The expo is being organized by Nepal Automobiles Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA).<\/p>\n
According to Naima, the exhibition is being organized with the objective of reviving the automobile market and promoting new technology amidst the slowdown in the economy and decrease in consumer demand. <\/p>\n
According to the organizers, this year’s expo will showcase various technologies and services related to electric vehicles (EVs), two-wheelers, four-wheelers, commercial vehicles and automobiles.<\/p>\n
The highlight of the expo is expected to be the new models, especially based on EV technology. <\/p>\n
The organizers claim that the number of participating brands has increased significantly this time compared to last year.<\/p>\n
The number of vehicles launched has also increased after automobile companies started using the expo as a major platform to launch new models for the Nepali market. <\/p>\n
During the expo period, various brands are preparing to unveil special discounts, exchange offers, easy financing facilities and other customer-oriented schemes.<\/p>\n
According to the organizers, this will provide an opportunity to consumers wanting to buy a new vehicle to compare and choose from various options in one place. <\/p>\n
The Nepal Mobility Expo is also taken as the ‘Kumbh Mela’ of Nepal’s automobile sector.<\/p>\n
