KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has filed a corruption case against the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chairman and Director of Nepal Investment Mega Bank (NIBL) on charges of fraud, organized crime and banking offense. <\/p>\n<p>In the charge sheet filed by the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) after a long investigation, it has been alleged that the property of Smart Cell, which has already been owned by the government, was auctioned to benefit Ncell. <\/p>\n<p>The statement of 32-year-old assistant Alisha Adhikari, who was working at the Naxal-Narayanchaur branch, was also recorded.
