Kavi Kumar Tibewala, a member of the board of directors of Nepal Investment Mega Bank, has also given statement on the alleged illegal auction of property already owned by the government. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>A case has already been filed against the bank&#8217;s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chairman and other directors at Kathmandu District Court on charges of fraud, organized crime and banking offense.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\n<\/p>\n<p>The chargesheet filed by the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) after a long investigation alleges that the property of the government-owned smart cell was auctioned in collusion with the bank to benefit Ncell.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">\n<\/p>\n<p>During the investigation, the police have also recorded statements of Kavi Kumar Tivrewala, a member of the board of directors.
