Kathmandu. The book ‘Searching for Nepal in a Foreign’ written by NRNA activist and creator Bhim Udas and published by Simal Book Publications has been discussed amidst a special program.\u00a0<\/p>\n
On the occasion, former Finance Minister Koirala said that creator Bhim Udas has three ‘A’ characteristics. Describing him as a diplomat, writer and karmayogi, he said that NRNA is now on the journey of prosperity.<\/p>\n
Bhim Udas’s book ‘Searching for Nepal abroad’ is like an autobiography, he said, adding that the autobiography is based on true facts. <\/p>\n
He said that the book was very interesting with <\/p>\n
a lot of words. Talking about the book that was released some time ago, critic Pramod Pradhan said that we all have our own story but we are lazy to record it. <\/p>\n
Creator Bhim Udas said that he has been able to create a history by documenting the story of his work in the place where he lives. <\/p>\n
He said that he has been searching for Nepalis in the country where he has been working for the UN, meeting them and also organizing Nepalis. <\/p>\n
Udas, who has worked as a diplomat in many countries, said that he had made a great contribution to the Russian literature by getting the Russian language literature translated into Nepali and Nepali language literature into Russian while in Russia. Exposing the bitter truth that he could not become the founding president of the NRNA despite being the first person to prepare the concept of NRNA, critic Pradhan said that the reason for not being able to become the president was the job of the UN and then politics.<\/p>\n
We will return to the destination for which we have been fighting, he also referred to the current political environment and the situation of the situation. <\/p>\n
Creator Bhim Udas gave an example of teaching Nepali language to the next generation, protecting it, and investing the money earned abroad in appropriate sectors for the country’s progress. Speaking about the hard work and dedication of creator Udas, he said that he has portrayed Nepali character in civilized language very well. <\/p>\n
Raising the issue of his visit to Paris many years ago, he also spoke about the physical condition of the Nepali Embassy abroad. Historian Prof. Dr. Surendra KC praised Bhim Udas for enjoying abroad in the pretext of international service and did not get lost there. Referring to the many conferences of NRNA, he said that the government should bring the concept of Bhim Udas as Nepali history. Writer Bhim Udas said that the story of NRNA book is a tragedy.<\/p>\n
Referring to the identity, citizenship, border, geography, language and culture of Nepalis living abroad, he said NRNA is the only well-managed official organisation. <\/p>\n
Udas said that the proceeds from the sale of the book, which is dedicated to serving the country abroad, will be handed over to the Vidyadhari Library in Bhojpur. In his welcome address, Radheshyam Lekali, president of the Literary Journalists’ Association, said that Bhim Udas is a literary, diplomatic and social campaigner. Udas, a former Nepali ambassador to Myanmar, said he was known for building a strong organization of Nepalis living abroad.<\/p>\n

He also briefly shed light on the personality and works of Udas, who has been on a literary journey since 2019 BS. Artist Madan Das Shrestha also gave a congratulatory speech on the occasion. <\/p>\n
Litterateur and former Finance Minister SP Koirala was the chief invitee to the program organized by the Literary Journalists’ Association.<\/p>\n
Historian Prof Dr Surendra KC, critic Pramod Pradhan, creator Bhim Udas, wife Ranjana Udas, artist Madan Das Shrestha and former president of Literary Journalists’ Association Narendra Bahadur Shrestha were also present on the occasion. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
