The government has decided to observe September 22 as a National Day of Mourning. The government has decided to observe a national day of mourning in honor of those who lost their lives in the Rasuwa <\/p>\n<p>floods. <\/p>\n<p>A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Thursday afternoon took the decision in this regard, government spokesperson and Education Minister Sasmit Pokharel said. <\/p>\n<p>According to him, the government is observing the day of mourning on the 13th day of the incident as a mark of respect to those who lost their lives in the floods. <\/p>\n<p>He said that it has been decided to observe a national mourning on September 22.
