. The final match of the International Invitational Fourth Taplejung Gold Cup Football Tournament is taking place today. On Friday, defending champions Salahesh Youth Club of Siraha and Phidim Sporting Club of Panchthar will compete for the title. <\/p>\n
According to the organizing committee, the final match will be held at 2:00 pm.<\/p>\n
Salahesh Youth Club and Phidim Phidim Sporting Club, who reached the finals of the tournament, will clash in the final. According to President Maden, Salahesh Youth Club defeated Georgian United Football Club of India 2-0 to reach the final. In the semi-finals, Phidim Sporting Club defeated Jhapa XI Football Club 1-0 to reach the final. <\/p>\n
Eight teams took part in the tournament that started on August 2 <\/p>\n
7. Apart from Salahesh and Phidim, the organizers Taplejung 11, Nepal Pusil Club and Satdotbato Football Club, Lalitpur participated in the tournament. Similarly, Chitlang Football Club Kathmandu, Georgian United Football Club of India and Jhapa 11 Football Club also participated in the tournament. <\/p>\n
The winner of the tournament will get a cash prize of Rs 702,083 while the runner-up will get Rs 352,<\/p>\n
