The Prithvi Highway has been completely obstructed due to landslides at Krishnabhir of Benighat Rorang rural municipality-7 in Dhading district.<\/p>\n
Only one lane has been opened for small vehicles due to the landslide at Parewa Chir in Gajuri Rural Municipality-2. According to the police, one-way traffic has been brought into operation after clearing the landslide at Benighat Rorang-10, Jawangkhola and Thakre Rural Municipality-2, Kamerebhir. <\/p>\n
The Kathmandu-Dhading road section has been obstructed following a landslide at Chisapani of Chandragiri Municipality-2. The Trishuli-Mailung-Syafrubesi road section has been completely blocked after floods occurred at Khalte of Uttargaya Rural Municipality-5 in Rasuwa. The road will remain blocked for a long time. Traffic on other main roads of Rasuwa has also been halted until further notice. <\/p>\n
The road has been completely closed due to floods in the Vetravati-Simtar area of the Pasang Lhamu road section of Nuwakot. Vehicular movement has been banned from 10 pm to 5 am in view of the risk of floods and landslides at Ghattekhola of Shivapuri Rural Municipality-8 along the Tokha-Chhahare road section. <\/p>\n
Arrangements have been made for the operation of vehicles on the Khurkot-Nepalthok-Katunjebesi road section under the BP Highway in Kavre. Cargo vehicles weighing up to 10 tons will be allowed to ply from 7 pm to 5 am, while other vehicles will be allowed to operate from 4 am to 6 pm after analyzing the weather and road conditions. <\/p>\n
Similarly, the Mugu-Gamgadhi road section has been completely obstructed after a landslide occurred at Talcha of Chhayanath Rara Municipality-4 in Mugu district. Vehicular movement has come to a complete halt after landslides occurred at Bhalkhor of Pariwartan Rural Municipality-3 of Rolpa and Duikholi Bazaar of Ghorahi-Thawang road section. The road section has been completely obstructed after a landslide occurred near Balsiddha Temple of Panini Rural Municipality-2 along the Saljhandi-Dhorpatan road section in Arghakhanchi. <\/p>\n
Police have said that they are continuing the work of clearing the landslide and making necessary arrangements to clear the blocked road. The police have urged the general public to contact the police office or traffic control of the concerned district before going on the journey. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
