Kabir Maharjan, the mechanical supervisor of the project, who was in a critical condition, was immediately airlifted to Kathmandu by a Nepal Army helicopter and admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Chhauni-based Birendra Military Hospital. Maharjan was pulled out of the tunnel for the second time. The health condition of mechanical foreman Sanjay Sah, who was initially rescued earlier, is normal and stable. Although his condition is normal, he is being brought to Birendra Military Hospital in Chhauni for further examination and monitoring to avoid any complications. A joint team of Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and technical experts led by Nepal Army rescued the people in a risky operation inside the tunnel this morning. <\/p>\n
