National mourning is being observed today. <\/p>\n<p> Rasuwa: A national mourning is being observed today (<\/p>\n<p>Monday) in honour of those who lost their lives in the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa. <\/p>\n<p> The national flag will be flown at half-mast at all government offices across Nepal and Nepali embassies and diplomatic missions abroad today.
