Kathmandu. Prakash Adhikari has been appointed secretary of the House of Representatives. President Ram Chandra Poudel has appointed Prakash Adhikari (Sankhuwasabha) as Secretary to the House of Representatives.
President Poudel, on the recommendation of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, appointed Adhikari to the post in accordance with Article 106 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, according to the Office of the President.
