Speaking at a workshop organized to renew registration and expansion-motivation workshop, PM Oli said that some have called the incident a movement and some call it revolution and it was a pre-planned incident.
He said, “Some call the 23/24 of Bhadra a movement, some call it a revolution, while those who call it revolution, if people call it revolution, if people call it a revolution, then after eating the cucumber of their own organized criminal activities, they put the seeds on the cheeks of others and blamed them.” But it’s a conspiracy, a premeditated event. ’
Oli also claimed that the summary of the report of the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has mentioned that the incident of September 23/24 was pre-planned and sponsored. “It’s not a Moro statement,” he said. He said that the UML-led government was in a strong position on the basis of constitutional, democratic and people’s mandate. He claimed that despite several attempts to remove the government with an overwhelming majority elected by the people through constitutional, legal and parliamentary processes, they have not been successful.
“That reality and conspiracy was against us and we were constitutionally and democratically strong. “We were in the government with a majority elected by the people. Several attempts were made to topple the government through the constitutional legal parliamentary route. An attempt was made to destroy it.
