Kathmandu. CHITWAN — The first general convention of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party) (RSP) has kicked off at the Guest House ground in Bharatpur of Chitwan on Sunday. Party President Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader Balen Shah inaugurated the program at 2:00 pm.
