Three arrested with 44.340 grams of brown heroin from Sindhuli
Sindhuli.Police have arrested three persons in possession of 44.340 grams of brown heroin from Dudhauli municipality-9 in Sindhuli district.
A police team deputed from Narcotics Control Bureau Branch Office, Bardibas arrested three persons in possession of 44.340 grams of brown heroin in Dudhauli Municipality-9 of Sindhuli district. According to the police, the car (Ba 16 Cha 7846) en route to Kathmandu from Mirchaiya of Siraha was stopped on suspicion and 44.340 grams of brown heroin was found hidden inside the gearbox. The arrestees have been identified as Umesh Kumar Yadav, 26, of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality-2, Ramesh Kumar Ram, 30, of Lahan Municipality-10 and Gulsan Prasad Sah, 25, of Laxmipur Patari Rural Municipality-2. Police have recovered 44.340 grams of brown heroin, four mobile phones and a car (Ba 16 Cha 7846) from the incident site. Preliminary investigation revealed that Umesh Kumar Yadav had purchased the car from Kathmandu-based Hulas Finance in installments, police said. The arrestees have been handed over to the Area Police Office, Dakaha, Sindhuli for further investigation and legal action.
