Today’s prices of vegetables and fruits
Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has released the minimum wholesale price of agricultural products for Thursday.
According to the committee, the price of big Nepali tomato is Rs 50 per kg, Indian big tomato is Rs 60 per kg and small tunnel tomato is Rs 26 per kg.
Red potato has been fixed at Rs 48 per kg, red potato at Rs 48 per kg, red potato at Rs 35 per kg and white potato at Rs 30 per kg. Indian onion is being sold at Rs 54, local carrot at Rs 100 and Terai carrot at Rs 70.
Similarly, the price of cabbage (Terai) is Rs 30, local cauliflower Rs 80, red radish Rs 20, white radish (local) Rs 10, lamcho brinjal Rs 40, Dalo brinjal Rs 50, stem beans Rs 60, maize beans Rs 90 per kg and ghee beans (local and hybrid) Rs 70 per kg. Similarly, beans are being traded at Rs 90, soybean at Rs 80, bitter gourd at Rs 40, gourd at Rs 40, gourd at Rs 50, cucumber at Rs 30, ripe beans at Rs 50, green beans at Rs 50, okra at Rs 40, sweet potato at Rs 100, pindalu at Rs 90 and squash at Rs 40. The price of onion has been fixed at Rs 100, spinach at Rs 200, mustard greens at Rs 80 and green onion at Rs 100.
Likewise, Girl Mushroom is priced at Rs 240, Dalle Mushroom is Rs 400, King Mushroom is Rs 300, Sitake Mushroom is Rs 800, Kurilo is Rs 400, Broccoli is Rs 120, Beetroot is Rs 60, Celery is Rs 200, Mint is Rs 400 and Gange Mushroom is Rs 100.
