The first song of ‘Jalaki’ ‘Chandi Jalap’ has been released. The first song of director Ashok Thapa Magar’s upcoming movie ‘Jalaki’ has been released. The production team released the song on YouTube on Friday.
The music video features Sonam Topden, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Shilpa Maskey, Astitva Bhattachan, Sahara Hangma Limbu, Raju Regmi Magar, Bhawana Magar and Deepika.
The song is sung by SD Yogi and Anju Pant. The lyrics of the song are penned by Surendra Rana and the music is composed by SD Yogi and the music is arranged by Rikesh Gurung. The choreographer of the video is Surendra Rai and Shekhar Gharti Magar and Sushan Tamang are the assistant choreographers.
After ‘Khusma’, the second movie directed by Ashok Thapa Magar is all set to release on November 19.
Earlier, the production team had released the poster of the film along with the release date. The poster was designed by Royal Bhimsen of Trident Concepts and cinematography by Shailendra D. Karki has done it.
The movie stars Sonam Topden, Upasana Singh Thakuri, Shilpa Maskey, Maotse Gurung, Buddhi Tamang, Astitva Bhattachan, Sahara Hangma Limbu, Rajani Gurung, Raju Regmi Magar, Usha Khadki, Khadka Bahadur Pun (Khabpu), Luniva Tuladhar, Sangita Thapa, Karma Lama Tamang, Bhawana Magar, Raj Kaucha Magar, Dusang Thin and Captain Bijay Lama in special roles.
The movie features Munjan Thapa Magar, Nulamma Bantawa and Rinsi Dhanha Magar as child artists. Miss Sikkim Sahara Hangma Limbu has made her debut in Nepali film through this movie.
The movie is produced by Om Gharti Magar, Bir Bahadur Lama, Chandra Bahadur Bhattachan, Betane Magar (Babita Rana), Man Bahadur Dhanah Magar and Sushmita Budhathoki. Director Thapa Magar’s previous movie ‘Khusma’ was a commercial success.
The song ‘Rukum Maikot’ from the movie became very popular on social media. After the success of ‘Khusma’, the production team believes that ‘Jalaki’ will also win the hearts of the audience. The movie will be distributed by Govinda Shahi’s Kafiya Films and Kuber Cine Distribution.
