Taxpayers who pay tax should always be respected: Ravi Lamichhane
Kathmandu. Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP) President Rabi Lamichhane has said that the state should always respect the taxpayers paying the highest tax.
Addressing the 22nd annual general meeting of Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs Forum as the chief guest, Lamichhane said entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs were contributing to the state through taxes. Lamichhane claimed that questions have been raised about the government’s failure to do anything in the last four months.
Stating that the government was moving ahead with a view to getting better results, he said the results would be visible in the days to come.
Stating that the government would fulfill its promises, Lamichhane said that they have the political power to monitor and warn if the government deviates from its path.
He said they had the capacity to “hold their ears” if the government took the wrong path.
Claiming that the government is targeting the youth, Lamichhane urged the youths to move ahead with confidence to do something in the country.
He said the government was focused on creating an environment conducive for creating entrepreneurship, business and employment within the country.
