In 24 hours, the traffic police took action against 738 people
.In the last 24 hours, the Traffic Police have taken action against drivers of 7,3800 vehicles.
During the checks conducted by the Traffic Police in different parts of the Kathmandu Valley till Tuesday morning, 63 drivers were taken action for drunken driving, 80 drivers through CCTV and 38 for using red beacons.
Similarly, 94 drivers were penalized for speeding, 28 for not wearing horn, 15 for lane crossing, 10 for improper condition and 10 for one-way traffic police and 400 for others.
