Leader Angdembe’s question: Where did the job that Jenji was looking for was created?
. KATHMANDU: Nepali Congress parliamentary party leader Bhishma Raj Angdembe has said the state should accept youths not only as a group voting but also as a leading force for nation building.
In a message of best wishes on the occasion of International
Youth Day on Wednesday, he said that serious discussion was needed on the rights of youths, participation, empowerment and future.
He said, “The state should accept the youth not only as a voting group but also as a leading force in nation-building.”
A concrete policy of ‘Return Youth Entrepreneurship’ is necessary to mobilize knowledge, skills, technology and capital of the returnee youths in the country. All three tiers of government should keep the participation of youth, leadership and creativity at the center of development. “

6 per cent as per the National Census 2078, he said that the large youth population of Nepal should be utilized as the demographic dividend. But it is unfortunate that around 2,000 youths are forced to go abroad every day in search of employment and opportunities.
He also asked where the job he was looking for was created. “Where is the job that Jenji wanted, where is the good governance they wanted? Where is the plan to bring back the youths compelled to go abroad?” he asked.
Angdembe claimed that the Jenji movement of the third week of August 2002 demanded a mandate for employment, good governance, accountability and nation-building, and the voters expressed their desire for change in the elections held after that.
