Pedestrians have started taking the help of umbrellas as the heat has increased in Kathmandu. The number of pedestrians carrying umbrellas has increased on busy roads and market areas as compared to normal days due to the scorching sun since Wednesday morning. The Kathmandu Valley has been witnessing heavy rainfall for the past few days and the temperature has reached around 30 degrees Celsius due to sudden rise in heat ।
