According to the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), the power supply from Patan Substation will be shut down from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm on September 12.
According to NEA, power supply will be affected in most areas of Lalitpur district where electricity is supplied from Patan substation due to the shutdown.
According to NEA, the shutdown is going to be taken to complete the necessary maintenance and technical work on the substation’s 66 KV busbar.
NEA has stated that the electricity supply would be regularized if the repair work is completed before the stipulated time.
Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has urged the consumers of the concerned areas to make necessary preparations during the period of power disruption.
According to NEA, the power supply has to be shut down for a short period as the maintenance work is necessary to make the power system safe and reliable.
The NEA has apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customers due to the disruption of power supply and said that the service will be operated regularly and reliable after the repair.
