Suggestions sought on the bill related to the treatment of human body burns
Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Health and Food Hygiene has sought public opinion, suggestions and comments on the draft of the bill relating to burns (treatment and rehabilitation) of the human body.
As per the decision of the Ministry, it has requested the public to provide opinions, suggestions or comments on the bill in the prescribed format. The legal section of the Ministry has called on the stakeholders and the general public to study the draft of the bill and send their suggestions.
According to the Ministry, the opinions, suggestions and comments received will be incorporated in course of amending the draft bill and taking the necessary legal process forward.
The Legal Section of the Ministry has been formulating necessary acts and regulations related to health, making amendments and disseminating legal opinions.
The Ministry has to send opinions, suggestions or comments within the stipulated time limit of 7 days i. e. September 19.
