Global IME Bank declares 10% dividend
Global IME Bank has announced a 10% dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the last fiscal year. The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute 10 percent dividend of the current paid-up capital.
Out of the dividend declared by the bank, 4 percent is bonus shares and 6 percent cash dividend (including tax). The dividend will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and will be distributed to the shareholders after it is approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the bank.
