Passengers face problems on alternative route to connect Rasuwa (with photos)

The devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa on August 26 have caused major damage to the highway from Trishuli to Betrawati. With the highway being damaged, the locals are trying to construct and operate an alternative route to maintain traffic access. The alternative route that was brought into operation at the initiative of the locals has become very difficult for the commuters. The road is narrow, uneven and risky, making it difficult to mobilize vehicles.
