In the poster, she is seen in a happy mood in the cultural attire of the Magars.
Sahara has made her debut in the Nepali silver screen with this movie. In ‘Jalaki’, she plays the role of an open-minded, modern-minded, young woman who comes from a good family background. According to the production team, in the film, she will be seen in the role of the daughter of a successful, independent businesswoman from Pokhara.

She also participated in Miss Best Ramp Walk Sikkim, Miss Congeniality India, the first Northeast girl to represent India in the international juvenile pageant and Miss India Sikkim 2024. She had received acting training at Mandala Theatre and was selected through an audition in ‘Jalaki’.
She said that the journey of the movie Jalaki was a bit difficult and different. During the shooting of the movie, she spent the most difficult moment of her life.
While shooting the movie, her father died in a car accident. She met her father before coming to Kathmandu for the shooting of the movie. That was her last meeting.
Remembering what her father said, she said, “I told my father in the beginning when I was finalized to work in Jalaki. He was very happy. Baba said that next time you will come back as an actress, I will come to welcome you on this road, but that dream remained unfulfilled.”
‘
After finishing her father’s final farewell, she returned to shooting within 4 days. ‘My father’s dream was bigger than me. ‘I wanted my father’s dream to remain unfulfilled. So I soon returned to work’, she added, ‘Mummy and sister also gave me more encouragement and courage to fulfill my father’s dream. Due to their courage, I was able to return and shoot.’ According to Sahara, her father was the person who supported her the most by fighting with her family and society to get into the film industry. She continued her work to fulfill her father’s dream.
Recalling the time of shooting, she said, “I was not in a position to shoot. I couldn’t sleep all night. I used to stay up all night. I used to get a call from the production team at 4 in the morning. And then I used to go to the shooting. But I didn’t tell anyone. I was afraid that I would not be seen sleeping on camera. At that time, the feeling that I had to fulfill my father’s dream became even stronger. ‘ Jalaki’ is a dream project for her. She said that she has worked very hard for this film and is very excited about the time of the film’s release.
Also, it was easier for her to work in her debut film because of director Ashok Thapa Magar. “If he (Ashok Thapa Magar) was not a director, this journey would not have been so easy. He did not treat me like an outsider, a debut actor,” she said, praising director Magar openly, “He guided me like his own daughter. The biggest credit for my journey goes to him.” She also said that the cinematographer of the film, Shailendra D. Karki, also helped her a lot. She said that it was easy to work as all the production team was supportive and like a family.
In this way, the debut movie became an unforgettable moment for her. “This journey has become unforgettable for me,” she said.
She also said that it was easier to work because she was very attracted to the story of the film. “I was able to connect a lot in my personal life as the character I played in Jalaki. Not only me, but I think everyone can connect.” “It is a big thing for her to be associated with the production house of ‘ Jalaki’. “I lost a lot of projects before Jalaki. But I don’t regret it. I am satisfied with Jalaki,” she said.
