Biratnagar. Chief Attorney of Koshi Province Narayan Wosti has submitted a report prepared by the monitoring and inspection of juvenile reform homes, prisons and detentions in the province to Chief Minister Hikmat Kumar Karki in the fiscal year 2082/83.
Chief Attorney Wosti handed over the monitoring and inspection report of the fiscal year 2082/83 prepared by the Office of the Chief Attorney to Chief Minister Karki on Friday. Minister for Physical Infrastructure Development of Koshi Province Jeevan Acharya, Secretary at the Office of Chief Minister and Council of Ministers, Under Secretary of Law, Deputy Attorney General and Assistant Attorney General of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Law were present on the occasion. The Office of
the Chief Attorney has said that it has prepared the report after monitoring and inspecting the condition of child correction homes, prisons and detentions under the province, the facilities and management of the people living there.
The report has presented to the government the situation, problems seen during the monitoring and necessary initiatives for improvement.
