Traffic police take action against 894 people in 24 hours
Kathmandu. In the last 24 hours, the traffic police have taken action against 894 drivers of vehicles.
As of Saturday morning, 81 drivers were taken for drunk driving, 59 for driving under the influence of CCTV, and 69 for using red beacons during security checks conducted by the Traffic Police in different parts of the Kathmandu Valley till Saturday morning. Similarly, 106 drivers were taken for speeding, 19 for not wearing horns, 28 for lane crossing, 20 for not being in good condition, nine for one-way traffic and 503 for others.
