Traffic police take action against 1,011 people in 24 hours
Kathmandu. In the last 24 hours, the traffic police have taken action against 1,011 drivers of vehicles.
As many as 111 drivers have been taken for drunk driving, 85 drivers through CCTV and 101 drivers under the influence of red beacons in course of checking conducted by the Traffic Police in different parts of Kathmandu Valley till Sunday morning. Similarly, 14
2 drivers were penalized for speeding, 36 for prohibiting horns, 30 for lane crossing, 26 for not being in good condition, six for one-way traffic and 466 for others, according to the Traffic Police.
