Four parliamentary committees meeting

Kathmandu. Four parliamentary committees will meet today.

A meeting of the International Relations and Tourism Committee, the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee, the Legislation Management Committee and the Federalism Strengthening and National Concerns Committee will be held on Tuesday.

The International Relations and Tourism Committee meeting will be held at 10 am. The meeting will discuss the Tourism Bill, 2081 with the casino sector.

The meeting of the Education, Health and Information Technology Committee is scheduled for 8

:00 am.

The meeting will discuss the human and physical loss in the areas affected by the devastating floods in the Bhotekoshi River and the works being carried out by the Ministry of Education and Sports, the problems and challenges seen in the course of executing such works and the strategy to be adopted by the Ministry in the future. The Legislation Management Committee meeting scheduled for 11:00 am is scheduled to discuss the report on the Infectious Animal Disease Control Bill, 2083. Similarly, the meeting to be held at 1:00 pm will discuss in principle the ‘Bill Related to Responsibility of Domestic Airlines, 2083’. The meeting of the Federalism Strengthening and National Concerns Committee to be held at 1:1

5 pm will discuss the committee’s annual report.
