General Convention: Closed session from 9:15 am to 1:15 pm, filing of candidacy from 1:15 pm to 6:00 pm
Kathmandu. The second day of the Nepali Congress general convention has been made public on Monday. On behalf of the general convention management, leader Ramesh Dhamala informed about the closed session, candidacy registration and food and other programs.
According to him, from 7:30 am to 9 am on Monday, breakfast will be arranged for the convention delegates in the big hall of Bhrikutimandap. After that, the closed session will start from 9:15 am in three halls.
The report of the party president will be presented in the closed session and a detailed discussion will be initiated by presenting a proposal to amend the statute. After the discussion on the statute, the time has been fixed for the lunch of the delegates at 11:30 pm.
Similarly, the time for filing nominations for various posts in the general convention has been fixed from 1 pm to 6 pm. Interested candidates and representatives have been requested to be present with necessary preparations as per the official circulation of the party. In order to make the program systematic and disciplined, the government has completely banned the movement of pamphlets, pamphlets, posters, flags and banners inside the Bhrikutimandap compound.
Although food and snacks will be arranged for the delegates three times in the morning, afternoon and evening during the general convention, in the case of accommodation, the delegates themselves will have to make arrangements and the organizers will only play the role of coordinator. Stating that the management side has been sending necessary information to the delegates through messages and messengers, it has expressed confidence that this time the convention will be held in a cordial atmosphere like in the past.
