Kathmandu. Nepali Congress President Gagan Thapa has presented a political report in the closed session of the 15th General Convention. In the ongoing general convention at Khula Manch, President Thapa presented the political, ideological, organizational and economic political line of the Congress for the next four years. The report states that the politics of alliance management, division, factionalism and give-and-take has weakened the moral ground of the party and the tendency to protect its own side of the party in corruption and irregularities has weakened the autonomy of public institutions.
