Kathmandu. Nepali Congress youth leader Bharat Raj Dhakal has filed his candidacy for the post of central member in the party’s 15th general convention.
Dhakal, a young entrepreneur and successful banker, has filed his candidacy for the post of central member from a cluster of professional experts. Dhakal is a longtime expert working in the fields of children, environment, cooperatives, banks and financial institutions, and agriculture.
