Kathmandu. The Nepal Calendar Determination Development Committee has said that the auspicious time for this year’s Bada Dashain Tika is 10:26 am on Wednesday.
On the day of Bijaya Dashami, it is best to apply tika on the auspicious occasion after immersing the goddess at 8:49 am. The person who gives and asks for tika will have to return to the west face.
According to the details made public by the committee, this year’s Navratri begins and Ghatasthapana falls on Sunday, September 9. The committee has stated that it is scripturally acceptable to perform Chitra Nakshatra and Vaidhriti Yoga at 11:47 am before Ghatasthapana, as Chitra Nakshatra and Vaidhriti Yoga are also celebrated on that day. According to the committee, the auspicious time for changing the flag (west face) is at 10:07 am on Monday, October 26. Similarly, Shri Pachli Bhairav Yatra will be held on Thursday, October 12. Similarly, Phulpati and Shree Tulja Bhawani Yatra falls on October 14, Saturday, Sthirasan and Mahashtami, Sunday, Kartik 1, Kalratri and Mahanawami, Tuesday, Kartik 3, and Bijaya Dashami and Devi Visarjan on Kartik 4.
