Kathmandu. Hotel Association Nepal is going to organize a two-day ‘Hotel Expo 2027’ on January 16 and 17, i. e. January 16 and 17, 2083.
The expo is being organized with the objective of discussing the status, contribution, possibilities and challenges of Nepal’s hotel and hospitality industry at the national level. The exhibition will have stalls of producers and suppliers of essential goods and services in the hotel and hospitality sector.
Discussions will be held on the contribution of the hotel industry to the economy, tourism, employment and revenue as well as the challenges faced by the industry and necessary policy reforms.
On the occasion of the expo, the diamond jubilee celebrations of Hotel Association Nepal, established in 2022, will also be formally concluded. The association will also publish the ‘Hotel Air Book 2027’ which contains the status and prospects of the hotel and hospitality sector. The association is also preparing to publish the ‘Nepal Heritage Wellness Cookbook 2027’ with the aim of promoting health tourism. The book will include 108 types of organic and health-oriented traditional Nepali dishes. Similarly, a program to expand its use in the menus of hotels and restaurants for national and international promotion and branding of Nepali original food item Gundruk will also be taken forward in the expo.
According to the association, the expo will create opportunities for investment in the hotel industry, technology transfer, market expansion and collaboration between the government and the private sector. The event will be managed and coordinated by Event Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
