Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower to issue 18 percent bonus shares
Kathmandu. Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Limited has decided to distribute 18 percent bonus shares to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 7 has decided to distribute 18 percent bonus shares of the current paid-up capital and 0.9474 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders after approval by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next Annual General Meeting of the company. The paid-up capital will increase after the company distributes bonus shares. The company will move the proposal in the upcoming general meeting to approve the proposed dividend.
