Kathmandu. The Special Court will remain closed from Ghatasthapana on October 9 to Kojagrat Purnima on October 24 on the occasion of Bijaya Dashami, 2083. However, the court will remain open for some urgent judicial work.
Issuing a notice, the Special Court has said that the court will remain open for matters related to Section 31 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059, arrest warrants, necessary arrest warrants and additions. According to the court, the court will remain open from 11:
00 am to 3:00 pm on all days except Ghatasthapana, Saturday and Bijaya Dashami.
In a notice issued by the spokesperson of the Special Court, Krishna Sharan Lamichhane, all concerned have been informed about this provision.
