The office has urged all the people of the district to celebrate the festival in a well-organized, dignified, joyful, peaceful and safe environment by maintaining social harmony. The office has urged the public not to play sound system (DJ) during the Tihar festival, not to transport, sell and distribute explosives such as firecrackers, firecrackers and other explosives.
The office has also requested to take permission from the local administration while organizing fairs and festivals during the festivals, not to sell and distribute alcohol except in accordance with the prevailing laws and not to carry out any activities that may disturb public peace and security. The notice has also urged not to play gambling, play and any other gambling-related activities.
Assistant Chief District Officer Lekhnath Neupane said that action would be taken as per the prevailing law if anyone is found doing anything against the notice of the office. He also urged the people of the district to make reliable security arrangements for their houses and shops as there may be incidents of theft and looting during the festivals.
