Kukur Tihar is being celebrated today as part of Tihar, the second biggest festival of Hindus. On this occasion, foreign tourists also celebrated Tihar by worshiping dogs in Patan area of Lalitpur. Foreign tourists who are interested in Nepali culture and tradition have worshiped the dogs by garlanding them and feeding them tika and sweets.
