Kathmandu. The government has formed a committee to study and investigate the issues of public concern raised during and after the tenure of former home minister Sudhan Gurung. A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on May 11, 2083 decided to form a committee with former High Court judge Achyut Prasad Bhandari as chairperson, Auditor General Shobhakanta Poudel and Joint Attorney General Achyut Mani Neupane as members.
The probe committee was formed 21 days after Gurung resigned from the post. He resigned from the post on April 9.
