Nepal will be removed from grey list: Finance Minister Wagle

Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has said that Nepal will be removed from the grey list. Presenting the budget statement for the fiscal year 2083÷084 on Friday, he said that Nepal will be removed from the greylist as soon as possible.

He also said that he would invest two crore rupees to encourage those involved in agriculture and livestock. The government has decided to incentivize farmers engaged in agriculture and livestock with minimum investment of up to Rs 20 million annually.

The government has also set a target to extend subsidized loans to real agriculture.
