On the occasion, Minister Meheta said that she would hold regular discussions with the media persons and exchange suggestions for making the ministry’s activities more effective. She admitted that such interaction could not be held earlier as the government was focused on implementing the 100-point programme. She said that she will now hold regular discussions with the media every 15 days or every month.
“We should have held such discussions a little earlier, but the government’s attention to the 100-point program did not pay attention to it,” she said. We will continue to discuss such things. We will also take suggestions and move forward by adopting the suggestions and suggestions received. ’
On the occasion, the media persons gave their suggestions on the ministry’s performance, health service, food, hygiene and health insurance. Minister Mehta said that the issues raised about the shortcomings of the ministry would also be taken positively and initiatives would be taken for improvement. Therefore, we expect improvement in the health insurance sector. He also said that the Ministry has been initiating necessary reforms to make the health insurance programme effective, sustainable and citizen-friendly. He expressed the belief that the suggestions received from the discussion with the media would help further refine the policies and programmes in the health sector.
