. The absconding defendant in the banking fraud case has been arrested.
Police arrested Surendra Patel, 27, of Birgunj Metropolitan City-14, a fugitive accused in a banking offense case on Friday morning. A police team deputed from the District Police Office, Parsa arrested him from Shreepur of Birgunj Metropolitan City-12.
He has been presented to the District Court, Parsa for execution of the verdict.
