. KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister and senior leader of the Communist Party of Nepal, Jhalanath Khanal, has left for China on a week-long visit at the friendly invitation of the People’s Republic of China.
Khanal left for China on a Sichuan Airlines flight today. During the visit, Khanal is scheduled to meet with the top leadership of the Communist Party of China (CPC).
Khanal is scheduled to hold high-level talks on Nepal-China bilateral relations, mutual interests, traditional friendship and expansion of mutual cooperation in various sectors.
