Dhangadhi. Dr KC has put forth a seven-point demand for reforms in the health sector. Dr Govinda KC is in trouble.
KC, who has been staging hunger strike since Thursday at Krishna Temple in Dhangadhi, has been in trouble after the temple management committee sent a letter asking him to vacate the place.
After the letter from the temple management committee, discussions are underway on what to do next, said his aide Dr. Amrit Jaisi.
‘Dr. Dr KC had started the Satyagraha with the permission of the management committee, “Dr KC had started the Satyagraha twice in the past from the same place,” Jaisi said, “But now we have received a letter asking him to leave the dharamshala. Muktinath Panta, chairperson of the Dharamshala Management Committee , said that KC had informed that he would stay in the room. Pant said that the temple management committee was not aware of this.
Pant said that he sent a letter to the religious organization to leave the place after pressure came under pressure to allow him to go on hunger strike. Locals have accused Dr KC of trying to obstruct the construction of Shaheed Dasharath Chand University of Health Sciences in Geta, Kailali in the far-western region. KC has started the Satyagraha with his first demand to revoke the appointment of vice-chancellor and registrar there.
