The view of Kathmandu has become spectacular after the weather cleared on Saturday morning following incessant rain. The sky has been clear as the rain has washed away the dust and smoke, while the surrounding green hills and historical heritages have become more attractive. However, the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology has urged the people to adopt necessary precaution as the monsoon remains active.
