Four arrested with drugs
Kathmandu. Four people have been arrested in possession of drugs.
Police have arrested 36-year-old Dilli Niraula of Rawa Beshi Rural Municipality-4 in Khotang district with 17 grams of brown sugar from Nagdhunga of Chandragiri Municipality-2 on Saturday morning.
A police team deputed from the Narcotics Control Bureau branch office, Nagdhunga arrested him with the substance of a bus (Ba Pra 01-006 Kha 9855) en route to Kathmandu from Kakarvitta.
Police have arrested two persons, including 26-year-old Prince Singh of Kirtipur Municipality-9, Kathmandu in possession of Tramadol 553 tablets from Bhimphedi Rural Municipality-2 of Makwanpur district on Saturday morning.
A police team deployed from Buffalo Police Post arrested them with the drugs.
Police have arrested 35-year-old Man Bahadur Thapa of Dhankuta Municipality-1 in Dhankuta district with 108 grams and 10 milligrams of brown sugar from Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality-6 in Sunsari district.
A police team deputed from Narasinghatappu police station arrested him with the substance.
Police said further investigation is underway in this connection.
