More responsibilities to central office-bearers and members of NC Policy Foundation

. KATHMANDU: The Central Policy, Research and Training Academy of the Nepali Congress has allocated the responsibility of facilitating the party’s central office-bearers and members to make the works of various sub-committees under the Academy effective.

The meeting presided over by the Chief of the Academy and Nepali Congress Vice President Bishwa Prakash Sharma took the decision to this effect.

The meeting has assigned the necessary responsibility to make the work of the sub-committees more systematic and effective.

In the meeting, party President Gagan Kumar Thapa directed the office-bearers and members to work actively taking this as the main responsibility of the party.

 

He stressed that every sub-committee should prioritize the issues of civic concern related to the party’s concept and campaign.

The NC has also pledged to make the issues directly related to civic life as the party’s policy agenda.

The meeting was attended by Coordinator of Mental Health Awareness Campaign Sub-Committee Mohana Ansari, Coordinator of Indigenous Nationalities Dialogue, Coordination and Empowerment Sub-Committee Resham Gurung and Coordinator of Awareness and Coordination Sub-Committee for an Addiction-Free Society Dr.

On the occasion, Dr. B. Sunar presented their thematic concepts and action plans.

The next meeting of

the Academy will be held at 11:30 am on May 24 ।
