Kathmandu. The Kalimati Fruits and Vegetables Market Development Committee has released the minimum wholesale price of agricultural products for Thursday. According to the committee, tomato big (Nepali) at Rs 50 per kg, tomato big (Indian) at Rs 60, tomato small (local) at Rs 08 per kg, tomato small (Terai) at Rs 20 per kg, potato red (lamcho) at Rs 35 per kg, potato red (Indian) at Rs 28 per kg and onion (Indian) at Rs 50 per kg.

Similarly, carrot (local) has been fixed at Rs 90 per kg, cabbage (local) at Rs 50 per kg, cauliflower local at Rs 100 per kg, radish at Rs 25 per kg, white radish at Rs 15 per kg, brinjal lamcho at Rs 15 per kg and brinjal dal at Rs 25 per kg.

The price of beans has been fixed at Rs 180 per kg, ghee beans (local) at Rs 40 per kg, ghee beans (hybrid) at Rs 40 per kg, ghee beans at Rs 70 per kg, bitter gourd at Rs 30 per kg, gourd at Rs 40 per kg, pointed gourd at Rs 30 per kg and ghiraula at Rs 30 per kg.

Similarly, beans have been sold at Rs 50 per kg, green (lambho) at Rs 40 per kg, green beans at Rs 30 per kg, okra at Rs 20 per kg, sweet potato at Rs 100 per kg, pindalu at Rs 90 per kg and squash at Rs 30 per kg.

Similarly, mustard has been fixed at Rs 30 per kg, spinach at Rs 50 per kg, Chamsur greens at Rs 50 per kg, fenugreek greens at Rs 60 per kg, mushroom (girls) at Rs 220 per kg, mushroom (dalle) at Rs 400 per kg, king mushroom at Rs 280 per kg, Sitake mushroom at Rs 800 per kg, Kurilo at Rs 250 per kg and Nuro at Rs 90 per kg.

Similarly, apple (bag) Rs 200 per kg, apple (Fuji) Rs 280 per kg, lemon Rs 170 per kg, pomegranate Rs 400 per kg, banana (Nepali) Rs 200 per kg, banana (malbhog) Rs 180 per kg, mango (Maldaha) Rs 80 per kg, mango (Dussehra) Rs 90 per kg, watermelon (green) Rs 50 per kg, pineapple Rs 180 per kg, cucumber (local) Rs 60 per kg, cucumber (hybrid) Rs 20 per kg. The price of jackfruit has been fixed at Rs 40 per kg, papaya (Nepali) at Rs 80 per kg, papaya (Indian) at Rs 100 per kg, litchi (local) at Rs 150 per kg and litchi (Indian) at Rs 280 per kg.
