Three decisions of the Koshi Council of Ministers: ‘I will move forward’ from working procedure to approval of Public Procurement Regulations

The Koshi Province government has endorsed three important proposals related to rural road project, public procurement process and ‘I will move forward’ program.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held at the Office of the Chief Minister and Council of Ministers on Friday endorsed the Directive on Determination of Compensation and Distribution of Houses and Physical Properties Affected by the additional investment of the Rural Road Network Improvement Project-2083. According to the government’s spokesperson and Minister for Internal Affairs and Law, Indramani Parajuli, the meeting also endorsed the Public Procurement Regulation-2083.
With the implementation of the new regulation, the procurement process of the provincial government is expected to be more systematic, transparent and effective.
Likewise, the Cabinet has approved the ‘I Move Forward’ Programme Implementation Procedure-2083 which was revised by the Law, Justice and Provincial Affairs Committee, according to Minister Parajuli.
