. According to the Health Insurance Board, in the fiscal year 2082÷83, it has paid Rs 25.48 billion for approved health insurance claims in the previous fiscal year and till the month of Poush 2082.
The Board had already completed the payment of the accepted claims out of the claims received till September, October and November in the fiscal year 2082÷83. According to the latest decision, the amount of claims approved for the month of Poush 2082 has been deposited in the bank accounts of the service provider health institutions.
With this, the payment of accepted claims for the financial year 2082÷83 till the month of Poush has been completed, according to the Board.
The Health Insurance Board (HIB) has stated that it is moving forward the claim payment to the health providers in a regular, transparent and phased manner.
